Bristol Ticket Shop acts as an agent between the customer and promoter or event organiser. We do not host any events ourselves and are not responsible for any changes to those events including times, dates, lineup and so on.
Tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed. If for any reason you cannot attend an event you have tickets for please contact us and we may be able to help.
If an event is cancelled BTS will refund the face value of the ticket price (minus booking fees and postage charges). We will always do our best to contact you to inform you of any major event changes such as cancellation, lineup or time/date changes and to let you know how to claim your refund.
However, it is your responsibility to check that the event you ordered for is still going ahead as planned.
If an event is postponed to a date that you cannot make we will be happy to issue you with a face value refund as long as the tickets are returned before the new date or the date stated in your email notification of the event change. Please note, the promoter reserves the right to make changes to an event including to the lineup. If the headline act does not appear or the event lineup is dramatically changed from the original advertisement, face value refunds will usually be issued at the discretion of the promoter.
When returning tickets to us it is your responsibility to make sure they get to us safely please make a note of your ticket numbers and send your tickets via recorded delivery.
Ticket refunds will be issued via the same method used for payment
Bristol Ticket Shop is not responsible for the cost of additional personal arrangements such as travel or accommodation in the event of cancellation/postponement.
Please keep your tickets safe! Losing them is the same as losing cash, it may not be possible to cancel or replace them.
We aim to post our tickets out the working day after the order was placed. In some cases, usually with large festivals, tickets aren't dispatched to us until 2-3 weeks before the event itself. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your tickets please contact a member of our team and we will be happy to look into it for you.
If your tickets do not arrive please contact us via email within working hours (Mon-Sat 10am-6pm). We will attempt to arrange alternative means of entry, usually via email replacement. This option is not available for tickets that are sent via Special/Secure delivery. It is your responsibility to notify us before the event if your tickets haven't arrived. We will not issue refunds for tickets that were lost in post where you have failed to inform us of nondelivery.

Please let us know of any changes to your address or contact details ASAP. BTS is not liable if your tickets have already been posted to an old address but contact us as we will always try and help if we can.
Promoters and venues reserve the right to refuse entry or request that ticket holders leave the venue.
Promoters/Venues may also want to conduct security searches for safety reasons, failure to comply with these searches may result in refusal of entry or ejection from the venue.
BTS will not refund ticket holders who have been ejected from the premises due to their own behaviour such as but not limited to:
** Age limits are stated on all our event pages and printed tickets but if you are unsure on age restrictions please ask.
Standard Delivery - These tickets will be posted via First Class post and should arrive within a few days
Special Delivery - These tickets will be sent via secure delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, this service is not faster but a more secure way of receiving tickets.
Etickets - These tickets will be saved to your account in the 'My Tickets' section and a link will be sent to your email address, You can print these etickets or show them on your phone at the door of the event.
Resale of tickets for profit is strictly prohibited. Tickets you buy from BTS are for personal use by you and your party only. BTS reserves the right to void your tickets if you attempt to resell them illegally. This also applies to customers attempting to exceed the maximum ticket allowance for an event using different names/fake addresses etc. We do check and we will cancel and refund your order if we have good reason to suspect you are a tout.
If you cannot attend an event , you may pass the tickets on to friends (unless otherwise stated when upon purchase) or contact BTS and in some cases we may be able to resell them on your behalf. (Please note, booking fees and postage charges are not refundable)
Occasionally we may require additional information to process your order or verify your purchase, we will contact you via phone or email to do this.
Whilst we try and ensure that all event info on the site is accurate, we, and our promoters/agents are only human and sometimes errors do occur. If we discover an error on the listing or on a batch of printed tickets we will inform you as soon as possible and issue any relevant refunds/changes. Please let us know if you spot anything that doesn't seem right and we will endeavour to fix it asap.
